Negative Impression
I was confused and disappoint with my short stay at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon Delhi. My order was 1 king size bed, smoking room instead of it I was accommodated at two bed none smoking room.No explanations or apologies. When I asked for ashtray I was said that smoking is prohibited.Finally after some negotiations with the senior manager I received an ashtray. I wonder does have the same price or it is cheaper? It was some strange noise in the room like those hum produced by high voltage transformers. In general hotel is looking nice, but I had no luck to enjoy it in full - wrong room with nasty noise. Hope other guests were more lucky.

Extremely nice hotel with beautiful rooms and perfect beds. The best in India! The staff is excellent and service is outstanding.

Would go back in a second!
Beautiful brand new hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and all of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (which was included in my rate) had a dizzying array of choices. The hotel is located right next to a mall and it was a refreshing change to be able to go out and walk somewhere in India without feeling completely overwhelmed!. The only downside to the hotel is the distance from the center of Delhi.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
It is possible to hire a car and driver from the hotel to do some sightseeing. It was a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion.
