Dirty hotel
Hotel was not very clean. Locatiion was not a safe neighborhood. Service was very poor.

Bath tub had hair in it. The room needs a refurb. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good value
I was in Charleston for a wedding and the Red Roof Inn was great for my needs. It’s not the nicest place but it was clean, in a good location, and cheaper than any of the hotels recommended by the bride and groom.
Traveler's tip
The hotel is a little hidden, behind the gas station -- look for the other hotels (Days Inn, Best Western) and it’s nearby.
