gone downhill from the last time
During the time we were there (5 days) the room was not made up two of the days. Once only the beds were made and no clean towels and once the beds were not made and no clean towels. The room was just forgot about. The grounds could have been kept cleaner especially around the pool area.

What were they talking about?!!
After I booked the reservation I read some of the reviews and they were negative. I was apprehensive but kept the reservation. Upon arrival we were quit pleasantly surprised. The room was VERY nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and large. The check in process was quick and friendly. I would go back without any hesitations.
