Good Location, good value
It was good. Some good restaurnats within walking distance.
Black and Tan restaurant is pricey but very good. Located at Walnut and Washington.

Negative: old and musty, no updates in guest rooms garbage notcleaned out from prior guest telephone in room was falling apart could not regulate water temperature in shower, either hot or cold, no inbetween "wake up calls" what a joke, never came! Something in the room was making me itch! Washed and "debugged" my luggage upon returning home. Positive: got to hear all about the personal life of the housekeeper when finally cleaning the room, and then again the next day at breakfast(: Truely a disapointment, this was once a Premiere hotel in downtown Green Bay. Will not go back.

Hotel was good, nothing impressive, pricing was fair if goinf through Expedia. However, notice mass of cops rush building when leaving the following morning.
