Poorly Managed
This was a very nice hotel with an excellent location, just a block from downtown. However, it is an expensive hotel and the service was poor. The first morning they failed to provide the breakfast and the last morning it was not there by the time we left at 8am. The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived (food on the carpets) and after complaining twice it still was never vacuumed. It is a very nice hotel, but poorly managed. Also, there is nobody on site from 7PM until 8-9am.

Loved this Hotel
The Pelham Court Hotel was fabulous! It was the perfect place for our family. The location, friendly and gracious staff, spacious, well appointed rooms, full kitchen,and flat screen tv could not have been any better. We look forward to our next stay, hopefully in the winter so as to take advantage of the fireplace. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, Great Location!
Pelham Court is an awesome hotel in an unbelievable location in downtown Newport. The continental braekfast is exceptional and the rooms are spotless.
