Palazzo Gattini - 5 Stars
It’s a real trick to navigate the one way streets to get to Palazzo Gattini, but well worth the effort. Sitting on a hill next to the Duomo, the hotel has excellent views of the surrounding town, and is a quick walk to the center of Matera. Our Jr. Suite had a step down bedroom with a gorgeous 5’x6’ bathtub separate from the large bathroom. In-house restaurant and spa are a treat.
