Great hotel but got charged twice
The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, great room (big flat TV screen), good gym, etc... The only thing is that although I had pre-paid with Expedia (which the front desk even acknowledged when I checked in), I found a charge on my card a couple of days later from Aloft for the nights I stayed. I had to call a few times before someone would acknowledge the double charge and agreed to re-imburse the money.

Outstanding customer service, great hotel
Hotel is only 6 months old, and everything is brand new- the bar is a great place to relax in the evening, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be staying here again when next in DC.

Take advantage of the free hotel shuttle service, to Washington Dulles Airport- here you can get a short bus trip into downtown DC, and connect to the metro. Shuttles run daily- and the team are flexible regarding times.

Can’t wait to go back!
This was by far one of the BEST hotels i have stayed in, in America. Just walking into the lobby you are greeted with sweet smells and a smiling crew. It had a pool, awesomw gym, small bar, pool table, a sweet lounge where there was board games...i could go on, but to sum it up...i really just can’t wait to go back!
