Many issues but fixed quickly and courteously
The hotel had several issues- the AC didnt work so the room was very hot. Theere was a party next door to us- kids smoking pot and being generally loud and obnoxious at 2 am. The hotel staff though was very courteous- our room was cjhnaged with the AC problem and the party was broken up immediately by hotel staff- staff was quick, apologetic and courteous....I would return here for that reason alone.Its nice to stay in a place that hasny forgotten what customer service is...

To good to be true
I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point with others. I read reviews and thought I had made a mistake. The reviews I read were bad. I found this not to be the case. The employees were of the highest standard. The room was spotless. I had breakfast in the hotel resurant. Very good food and service. I would like to go back, if for no other reason, than to interact with the hotel staff. Just a superb two nights. Thanks Grand View.

Will return again
I was very impressed with this facility in all aspects. This was my second stay and I will return to the Gand Vista again, should I find myself back in the Simi Valley area. The price was more than reasonable. The hotel was quiet, well maintained and professionally staffed.
