Hotel was nice and service was great
the only disapointing thing we found was the night life at the hotel wasn’t great... both nights the bar was closed way before 2am... for us location wasn’t great bc we had so many other areas of LA we had to go to...
do some research before you stay at the thompson... location is great if you are only interested in being in the beverly hills area. if you are wanting to go out or to do dinners in hollywood it is a hike!

Get over yourself
Where did they find the people to work here? I have never met a worse set of front desk "hosts" in my entire life. I am a hotel executive for a luxury hotel change, but always love to give boutique hotels a chance when I travel for quick stays. In this case- HUGE mistake. The only redeeming staff members I met were the room service attendants. Awesome when they arrived and food was above average, but it took 3 calls at 20 rings a piece to place the order. Returning to the Montage Bev Hills for all future LA stays. They know what they are doing.

This hotel has a great restaurant and rooftop bar and is in a great location to access Wilshire Ave and other Beverly Hills businesses.
