Fabulous service and accommodations
This hotel defines the phrase "stellar customer service." The check-in desk and the staff in the restaurant deserve extra kudos. The amenities are also "above and beyond," combining modern hotel with comfy bed and breakfast (including a public sitting room with snacks etc.). The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel buffet. However, there is an unusual feature to this hotel which created some inconvenience in bad weather - the lodging is in "satellite" buildings, with parking that is also somewhat distant from the main building and lobby, so there was some difficulty staying dry during the initial check-in and luggage-moving stage. That is not the fault of the staff by any means as they did everything they could to ease the check-in and parking and it would not stop me from returning.

I’ll Definitely Return and Recommend
Even though I had a short stay I loved everything about this hotel. I loved the decor, the amenities and the staff. I was impressed with the room (it was on the small side but for one person for a short stay it was perfect) and the bathroom was large and very nice. I’m certain if the room had been booked for more than one person the room would have been larger. Upon arrival I could see in the windows of some unoccupied rooms and they were large. They have candy, ice cream, water, yogurt and cheese sticks that are complimentary in the common area of each section. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Van to the airport was prompt. There isn’t one thing I found negative about this hotel.
