mainntenance
The Air Conditioning was not working in the room initially assigned to us. It was an extremely warm night. The Staff was very efficient in finding another room on the same floor with excellent AC, and also helped us move our luggages to the new room. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You, Again.

Excellent hotel near to the Knoxville, TN airport
Very fine hotel-wonderful staff-gave me great directions to Pidgeon Forge, TN (I got lost the last time that I visited). The breakfast was excellent; also, they picked me up and took me back to the airport with only a phone call-I didn’t have to wait for any schedule. Highly recommended.

Fairfield stay
The room was nice the way they make the bed is pretty. The bathroom had hair in the shower and could have been cleaner. The food was excellent for breakfast lots to pick from and clean. The room was quite beening so close to the airport.
Close to airport and Breakfast was great so no lunch was needed. Lot’s of food places close by. Walmart is 2.8 miles near the mall. Great flea market on the weekends north of there.
