Economical Stay
This was an economical stay in the area. The shuttle to the Gaylord was the reason I stayed at the hotel, just wish it was more reliable.

Service and room cleanliness need improvement
Stayed there for business three nights before gratefully moving to another hotel. The bathroom had patches of mold from floor to ceiling, and the towels had holes. The continental breakfast only had options for cereal, toast, or apples. The staff was knowledgeable of only one area restaurant, and did not assist with luggage for shuttle transport. Though my bill was prepaid, staff tried to charge me a second time when I checked out.
