not again
this hotel has messed up on my stay details every time i stayed with them. staff has worked there tolong, and is rude and not very service freindly.they tried to charge for b-fast every time i stayed here and i paid extra rate to get the b-fast , yes not worth it either.

Not what I expected
This Marriott brand hotel was not what I expected for Atlanta! Upon arrival, the lobby was FREEZING cold! The receptionist gave me my key and checked me in and told me to pull my car down by the outside door down the parking lot and go up to the second floor from there. There were no elevators in this hotel which was a hassel since we had small children and luggage to deal with after our long day of driving in the car. Once we got to our room, I opened the door to find and unmade bed, newspaper on the bed, bag of dirty laundry/garbage in the bathroom. We turned right around and went back down the stairs to the lobby. I explained the situation to the receptionist and he seemed unsurprised. He gave me a new room key and we went back up the stairs to our new room. Bedding was fine, beds were pretty comfortable. Rooms were very large. Wireless internet worked well. Our kids were disappointed that there was not an indoor pool which I didnt realize when I booked this hotel. If I had known this, I would not have booked here. Overall, not what I expected at all.
