The place is a mess
Upon entering our room, we there was a roach inside our bathroom. They were quick to get us another room, but if I wanted to deal with pests, I could just stay home, or I could go to a cheap hotel. The location was pretty ideal, and the diner/bar was good, even if the service was INCREDIBLY slow.

After changing rooms it was great!
When I first arrived I was checked into to room 219 but I had a really difficult time opening the door as the door handle was jammed. The friendly staff changed my rooms and the second room door worked perfectly. After that, the stay at this hotel was great! I was surprised about how well kept the hotel was for both the room and the gardens. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in Fresno.

Already went back once!
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The only suggestion I would have is they should clean up their room service dishes in a shorter time period. The dishes from different rooms as well as my own sat their for over a day. Other than that the staff was very courteous and helpful and everything was great.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
There is a place right down the street called BB’s and they have a DJ there, they also have dancing. It was fun. Accross the street is the Silver Dollar, a Sports Bar kind of place. You can watch the games from there.
