Nice, but expected more
First off, this hotel was in an extremely beautiful location. The landscaping of the hotel was very nice. Our actual room was pretty clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom, it had some mold. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it said on this website that it was child friendly. I would say that would be true to a certain degree. I brought my 12 month old. I was treated rudely by some of the staff that worked there during meal times because he was messy. He is a baby, and that’s what they do. Just things of that nature occured. I would say this hotel would be better for families with older children. Also, we were not aware that there were a lot of mosquitoes around the hotel so we left our door open while we were sitting on the patio one night. The next morning my legs and my sons face were completely covered in mosquito bites! So if you do go, bring bug-off! And make sure to keep your door closed at ALL times! Overall I’m somewhat satisfied with our stay, but it definately could have been better.
Bring bug-off spray!! I also wouldn’t recommend this hotel for very young children, under 3 or so.
