They moved my things to a new room while I was gone
I took a two night trip to Walla Walla to be with a friend who was dying. When I checked into the hotel the room key they gave me didn’t work. They put me in a different room. I left for the hospital early the next morning and while I was gone the hotel staff moved all my things (clothes, personal items, toothbrush, etc) into the original room they had wanted me to be in. The contents I had put in the safe, namely my computer, remained in the safe in the old room. I have never had a hotel move me (and my belongings) with out my permission before. It was yucky. I’ll NEVER stay there again.

Vintage Feel
If you want to feel like you are back in 1960’s Walla Walla, and you want to stay in the middle of town, the Travelodge is a good place. The room is a bit cramped though, and there is no counter or fan in the bathroom. If you open the bathroom window, people in the back parking lot can look right in.

Okay for the Money
The carpet desperately needed cleaning in the room I occupied, otherwise room was okay .... internet connection could be better,kept dropping connection and having to have the reboot the system. Do not try using the vending machines, lost money in them. Otherwise, location was great. Nearby family restaurant was great, plan on a few inexpensive meals there. Hotel very convenient to the downtown area.
