Uncomfortable
My recent stay at the Best Western Hotel was uncomfortable. I needed somewhere to stay during an emergency to later be given a room with an odor. The bathroom was fairly clean and the blankets were dingy. On top of this I was charge an additional $5.00 for what I was told a missing soap dish. Please don’t ever book here.
You can never go wrong with the Courtyard Marriott

Not impressed
The hote customer service was poor. Their policies and procedures are not customer centered. The continental breakfast has limitations such as the location in which the custoner must eat the breakfast. However, the area is small and not comfortable. The shower and air condition were not working.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It should be demolished!!
I can’t believe that this hotel received as many "stars" as it did. Anyone considering a stay at this hotel shold seriously consider another choice. We couldn’t wait for our two nights to be over so that we could get out of there and find another place to bathe.

when staying in this hotel do not expect anything resembling customer service.

Best Western Executive Hotel
The mattress was old and contained little support. Staff at front desk had trouble understanding and speaking english. Location was difficult to get too.

Not Impressed
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Yale University. The room was clean but I did not want to get in the bed. The bed was old and the sheets were so thin I could see the old matress underneath. The sheets did not fit the bed so during the night I rolled over to find myself sleeping on the bare mattress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
