Noisy floors.
There is only one thing wrong with this simple and clean hotel. There seems to be no insulation between the floors. Consequently one hears every footstep in the room above. Enough to wake you up at 4:30 AM if your upstairs neighbors are early risers. I overheard another guest complaining about this before moving up tothe top floor. So, stay on the top floor and then you can enjoy reasonalble rates and clean rooms.
