Breakfast was great
I purchased the breakfast package and it was suprisingly good. Parking could be a challenge. The layout of the hotel is a bit awkward, but if you’re staying multiple nights and can get used to it, it’s not a problem and even becomes beautiful. They were immediately responsive to an internet access problem I had, and I commend them for that. Location was great for me, though if you want downtown access, the other Marriot is much more convenient. My climate control did not work, and I anticipate they would have fixed it had I complained. I elected to tough it out myself. Finally, the TV went fuzzy once in a while, and I didn’t watch it often, so that might be a bigger problem for you.

Perfect hotel for my parents
I booked this hotel for my parents who are from out of town. Perfect weather the first part of Nov was impressive. The surrounding area was a beautiful backdrop (leaves falling from trees, sunrise over the mountain).

Great hotel close to the University. Staff was wonderful. Will stay there again.
