excellent hotel and convenient to and from the airport by bus.
hotel was excellent. a little bit stiff on the price. the location is not in the centre of Kowloon. if you want to explore Honjg Kong, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel which is not where all the actions are unless you know the area.

Convenient to airport
We really enjoyed our visit. We picked the hotel, because of the relatively quick and easy way to get to and from the airport (bus #41 for HK$ 21 stops right in front of the hotel). The subway is right in the connected shopping center with the line going straight down to the Kowloon Intercontinental by the waterfront. Nice to have the shopping center with the food courts right next door. The hotel has modern, sleek decor. Everything looks very new and taken care of. Beds comfortable, a/c worked well, bathroom had separate shower and tub, safe big enough for computers. Amenities okay. The internet connection was very slow and kept crashing. Our room was very quiet, the hotel also. Excellent price/value. It seemed that there were also offices and condos in the same building. We would consider going there again, if the price is right.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
It’s fun taking up the escalators in Happy Valley and looking into the restaurants etc.. Don’t forget you have to walk down again! It’s steep.
