Nice inn with good service
The Holiday Inn Express is clean and comfortable. The breakfast included both hot and cold food. The food was satisfactory. The hotel front desk staff was exceptionally helpful answering questions and with scheduling a delayed check-out. One problem - scheduled wake-up calls were not made.

Great Location & Good Value
Nice, clean and a good choice for the Lancaster Area. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed it. Very close to all the sites of Lancaster. Having the outlets right there was nice for something to do in the evening. They even had playgrounds! Included breakfast was really nice. Highly recommend.

Overall - Adequate
The hotel is located off a main road in Lancaster, and as such is really convenient to all the area attractions. The staff was courteous and accomodating. The ammenities were nothing to write home about, the standard fare really. The only real negative was that the air conditioning was not working in our room; that’s a pretty big negative when it’s mid-July!
