Great Hotel
Hotel was clean and beautiful...staff was absolutely outstanding in every way. I was there for a work seminar. Hotel set up a buffet which was convenient since I didnt have a car, and it was delicious and economical. Perfect location near the airport. Only downfall was no restaurants or stores in walking distance. I was on business, but definitely would come back with my family. The only recommendations would be to make sure a bath mat is in the shower and move the shower bar up (I fell on my bottom in the shower that morning-I was not hurt, but informed the front desk at check out). Would also recommend either a microwave or free breakfast for the price.

Pool and hot tub are great...bring a bathing suit!

Not Impressed
We have stayed at several Renaissance hotels and have always had outstanding service. This trip was the total opposite. When we arrived our reservation was not correct. We had prebooked with expedia several months in advance. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the reservation to be confirmed. We did not have an iron, adequate linens and the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The following day our room was not cleaned because they thought we had checked out. Even though all of our luggage was in the room. We called the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper and were told our room was not cleaned because we had been checked out. I explained to the clerk that we had reservations with expedia and that we had the paperwork. We were told that "we" needed to call expedia to clear it up. We then went to speak to the manager who took care of the matter. We did not appreciate the rudeness of the clerk. We were attending a family reunion and another family member also had to request towels and asked that the linens be changed because a pair of underwear was found in the bed. Marriott has always been a name associated with high quality. We suggest the headquarters check on this location asap.

Upgraded hallways and foyer but average room decor
Nice and clean rooms but for a 4 star hotel thought it would be a little more upgraded in the rooms. No luggage stand, small sink, etc.
