Horrible experience with front desk
The room, pool, and complimentary breakfast was decent. The entire experience was soured by a front desk employee who didn’t do her job in checking us in properly. Because of this, the computer logged us as never checking in and cancelled our reservation. After returning to the room after a long day at the beach, we were locked out of the room. The front desk employee gave us an incredibly difficult time - I think she just thought we would leave and forget that we’d pre-paid for the room and had all of our things in the room!! I had to force her to deal with her problem to get us back into our room. She did not want to resolve the problem - nor was she apologetic in the least. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Inept
First they screwed up our reservations, both for the provision of a handicapped room, and extension. The maid service was non-existant. Room never cleaned, almost impossible to get clean towels. Night manager bordered on beligerent. Will never go back again.
