Very friendly and courteous staff at Jolly Beach Resort
The staff from check-in to check-out was lovely. The dining room personnel were excellent, efficient and very friendly. My ownly negatives with the hotel was it was a walk-up and our room was on the third floor. Also, the housekeeping staff wasn’t as efficient as they could have been. Had to call a couple of times for the room to made or for clean washcloths. Other than that it was great.

Jolly at the beach
The hotel has a very nice layout, the room could have been a little bigger and the sircon wasn’t working too well. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the room when we just arrived and we had to by our own bug spray as the spray the hotel staff used didn’t seem to get rid of the mosquitos. All in all, it was a good stay and i just may go back again and this time carry our children. The beach is 5 star. There could have been a little more variety where the food is concerned.

Beautiful beach-Don’t listen to bad reviews.
After reading reviews before our trip we were questioning our decision of booking Jolly Beach Resort. We found the resort, room, food and beach better than we had expected. The resort was well kept, the employees more than willing to help, and the beach very nice. I didn’t list food in the last part because it deserves more than just a short line. We found the meals at the buffet to be the best we have experienced at an all-inclusive. There wasn’t numerous items to choose from but what was there was very tasty. You will never go hungry or not look forward to mealtimes. We took a couple of excursions. The Mystic Amara snorkeling trip with Captain Leroy was wonderful. If you enjoy snorkeling book this trip. We also did the circumnavigation of the island on the Wadadli Cat. This was a great excursion also. Overall it was a great trip to a great destination, Jolly Beach Resort, and we would definitely go back.
