What we expected
The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, but the nice women managing it was wonderful! Also, the food was pretty fresh. After living in Fargo/Moorhead for years, this was the first time I’d been in that hotel in the 20 years since moving out of the area - I would stay there again! Only criticism: The check-in guy is in need of some customer service training or a career change.

not impressed
Person checking me in was not very pleasant and very non sociable. The room was a non smoking room, however, it still smelled like smoke.

Ew.
The room smelled of stale smoke, there were dirty finger smudges on the bathroom "door" (a sliding partition), there was no remote control for the television, there was some sort of stain on the desk chair seat and hair in the tub. I wouldn’t stay there again if it were free.
