Great hotel and location
The hotel is great. Good rooms, staff, location, and food. 5 minutes to walk to Orchard Road. Special price from Expedia was 50% of what I was offered at the hotel reservations number. Pay a little extra for the Executive Program and get free: laundry, parking, local calls, breakfast, and butler. Caution -- Expedia’s reservations didn’t know about this package and didn’t pass the info to the hotel, you’ll need a copy of your confirmation.

Ask for directions to Newton -- a local food court 1/2 block down the street with dozens of booths.

comfotable and soothing
I was on medical basis there as I have an autoimmune disease and my consultant is in SGH, so it suited me just fine , it was part exclusive ,part welcoming. neither too uptight with billionaires only nor too crowded with kids running everywhere. It caters to a diverse variety of clientele. I was very comfortable.

shop less and spend more on your comfort, as thats one way of treating yourself.You already must have enough stuff to go abroad, so don’t stockpile.

Excellent experience
The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff at the pool, at the reception desk as well as the employees working at the door were all very accommodating, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease. They remembered us and we felt took very special care of us during our two days at the hotel. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
