will use again--been there three times--good place

I am a big breakfast person. So therefore the continental breakfast was not to my liking. I felt safe and comfortable.

We will stay there again - Good Price - Good Stay

Last spring almost every hotel around was booked due to college graduation. Did not want to spend a small fortune on a room, took our chances and booked a room. Was very happy with everything. This fall we went back and booked with Livinn Suites and was again happy second time around. I like clean rooms and we got one.

Will visit again for sure

Hotel was very clean and well kept up. We had a whirlpool suite and were afraid it would be bad since the price seemed too good to be true. The whirlpool was awesome and seemed very new. We are on the heavier side and my spouse and I both fit in it. The bed was not your ordinary horrible hotel bed. It was extremely comfortable. Will most defininetly stay here each time we travel to our relatives.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel for a reasonable rate per night. My room was big and comfortable. The bed was amazing; like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom was small but clean and had all I needed. It was so nice to see a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room!

Execute Suite a great buy

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were in one of the execute suites and it was well worth the money. Had a king sized bed, a kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We had a nice sectional sofa and lighted closets. The bed was pretty good and the hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the place was packed.

There is the CoCo Key water park at the Sheraton across the street that is great for the kids. $15-$25 to get in depending on the day.

Jacuzzi suite exceeded expectations

We loved the LivINN’s Whirlpool Suite. Great service, clean, safe, affordable - the whole package. Highly recommended.

Poor service, old facility.

Upon arriving, took two clerks more than 10 minutes to locate our Prepaid reservation made throuhg Expedia so that we could check-in; after getting upstairs to our room called front desk for two more pillows and had to go back to the front desk to pick them up; the following day left room around 8 A.M. and returned at 1:00 P.M. and room had not been cleaned or restocked with towels. Called front desk and was told a housekeeper would be there in just a minute; 45 minutes later and running our out of time to clean up for a meeting went down myself and obtained clean towels to shower with, upon returning to room housekeeper was in room across from ours and rudely stated "I was gonna clean your room in a minute." Explained that I had a meeting to get too and could not wait any longer which was met with a huff and "Whatever." Very poor service, old facility & pricey will keep me AWAY from this poorly managed line of hotels.

Avoid if you have other options, there is the Sheraton across the street and a Fairfield just down the block which I have had much better experience with and upon returning to Cincinnati will choose one of them over LivINN.

Very quiet and nice

The hotel was quiet. Didn’t hear any outside room noise. Was in a good location, not on a busy street, but just miles from shopping and restaurants. Was only a couple miles from the highway. Staff was friendly. Nice furnishings in room. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends.

Great value! Great amenities, good price!

Fantastic value. Loved the recliner chair and mini-fridge. Work area very sufficient. would definitely stay again.

Will not og back

The hotel was very old and musty. The breakfast area was not clean at all. If it had not been so late when we got there we would not have stayed.

Good value

This is an older hotel, but its facilities have been well maintained. The staff were courteous, and the location is convenient. My only complaint is that the stopper for the bathroom sink did not work. In its favor, for a very reasonable price, the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. The coffee pot in the lobby always had a batch of freshly brewed coffee.

This hotel is a matter of minutes from Tri-County Mall. Big box discount and other stores and restaurants are all convenient to the hotel. If you’re looking for s upermarket, go to Kroger’s on Route 4 in Glendale.

We stayed here last year. I didn’t think twice and booked to stay the same place this year. Will do so again in the future.

Second stay for the Stampaway USA Convention

I came back again this year because, I found the hotel clean and the service very good and right next to the convention center. I plan to stay there next year during the Stampaway USA rubber stamp convention in Aug. Price was much higher than in 2008 but, still better than the host hotel and from what I heard from convention attendees much cleaner also.

Location is conveniently near I-75, I-71, and I-275. Convenient for Cincinnati and Dayton.

Definitely will use again

The hotel was very nicely maintained outside and inside. The breakfast/lounge area was large and clean and inviting. The room was very nice; it felt new and the bed was outstanding! The little kitchen was clean. They have both week-long guests and overnight guests with different service levels. We were overnight guests for 3 nights (so had paid more per night than the weekly rate). The maid service didn’t come on the third day and we checked out the fourth. They said it they thought we were weekly rate. There were computers available (2), and a pool that was small, but adequate.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

The location is great for access to the highway (75), stores, and a mall. It is about a 30-45 minute drive from the Cincinnati airport depending upon traffic.

The best bang for your buck!

I was worried what kind of hotel this would be because the price was so good. It was so neat and clean, in a nice neighborhood, the entire staff was extremely friendly, the free breakfast with "make your own waffles" was a big hit with our kids, we couldnt ask for anything better for that price. I would highly recommend it if your just looking for a clean and decent place to stay.

Major League Baseball at its best at the Great American Ball Park with the Reds Hall of Fame next door. Also do not miss the National Freedom and Underground Railroad Museum - very interesting.

A clean, quiet, relaxing place to stay

We arrived immediately behind a tour bus with a baseball team with family members, and waited more than 25 minutes for check-in- two desk clerks helped the team; 1 helped everyone else. The team held up the process by sorting and assigning rooms at the counter, rtather than doing it at a nearby table. The staff was polite. The lobby and entrance were kept very clean. The queen room had a refrigerator and microwave; the a/c was quiet. We were never disturbed by noise of other guests. It was a pleasant and restful place to stay. Good shopping and several nice restaurants were nearby. The hotel was near the interstate and allowed easy access to downtown or areas north. We will stay there again.

We found the Frisches Big Boy across from Tri-County Shopping Center and the Macaroni’s Grill on Kemper road to be excellent places to eat. Frisches had great breakfasts (and offered a breakfast bar), and has great hamburgers. Very reasonable in a bright and spacious eating area.
