Not Impressed
We stayed two nights and then changed to another Holiday Inn down the street. It was cheaper and newer, just renovated, plus for the cheaper price you got a full breakfast in their restaurant. A much better deal.

Princeton area bargain
Access in and out of the hotel to the surrounding area was excellent considering the usual difficulty with US1. Well appointed, quality older construction, but some things (like the curtain draws and the luggage carts) needed a little tlc. Room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Nice lap pool and jacuzzi.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
There were a number of families there for some Sesame Place package who made lots of noise in the morning as they left, so ask to be put on another hall if possible.

Princeton hotel Holiday Inn- a Miss!
The front clerk at night was surly and had few suggestions where to go to eat late- for instance, after some problems understanding me-he pointed out the already closed in-house restaurant. The carpeting and hall wallpapers need a complete change and the beds smelled uriney to me. ALso, The parking lots had no lights at night-or few. I would not recommend this location for non- business types. On the up side- The room was large and basically clean.
