Maintaining the tradition
After 25 years or so the hotel continues to be in excellent condition, with splendid service and tasteful facilities. Good value for money received-- a nice middle ground between bargain hotels and the ridiculously expensive options available

Hotel Oro Verde
My stay at Hotel Oro Verde surpassed my expectations. Everyone was very cordial and attentive and I would definetely consider staying in the hotel again. The breakfast every morning was incredibly tasty; the food was fresh, and the staff was superb.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Definetely go to El Mercado de las Artesanias when considering shopping for souvenirs (if bringing any). With a little haggling here and there you get some very nice stuff.
