Fabulous...
The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful. The location was great, it is literally one block from hundreds of cafe’s and boutiques. The pictures online of the hotel are very accurate.

Hotel Balzac
Everbody who works at this hotel is super nice. The location is superb. The room was romantic and well decorated. The bed was uncomfortable, they pushed two twin mattresses together to make a king bed. Other than that I cant complain. Chocolates on the night stand every night were a nice touch. This hotel is a good buy and I think for the most part you get what you pay for.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you plan on dining at Pierre Gagne in Hotel Balzac reserve at least two months in advance. The hotel is not affiliated with the restaurant so the staff has little pull in getting you a reservation.
