Breakfast was great, but the breakfast room was too small no handtowels or washcloths, only 2 large towels for 2 people, had to request more Leak in the bathroom DID have free wifi and a refrigerator in the room, that was a plus! Small walk to tube station, wasnt bad. VERY TINY ROOM, but hey, its europe

Good bed and breakfast off the beaten path
The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast; there isnt a lobby, but the proprietors are always on site or available at their sister property a block away. You are given a key to your room and a key to get into the main hotel door. Complimentary breakfast is served from 7 to 9 a.m. each day. All rooms have private bathrooms and wireless internet access. We began our stay in two single rooms because the stairs leading to our twin room were being refinished. The bathrooms had been completely renovated in the single rooms, with fresh tile and enclosed showers. In the twin room, the bathroom was much older and the tub was not enclosed, although it had a shower handle attached. However, the rooms were clean and the owners are still in the process of updating all the rooms. Just be aware the quality of the room might vary until then. The hotel was a few blocks away (about a five-minute walk) from the Hammersmith underground station. I found the location quite convenient, as a midpoint between Heathrow Airport (30 to 40 minutes by underground) and the heart of London (15 to 20 minutes). I liked staying in a more residential, less touristy part of the city, but others might find it too far out of the way. We were still able to get a zone 1 and 2 travelcard to use for the underground and bus system. If you love shopping, you are close to the Westfield Mall. If you love music, there are several concert venues nearby (Hammersmith Apollo, Shepherds Bush Empire).
