A great place to stay
The bed in our room was a little too firm, but the overall stay was great! Staff was friendly & very helpful!

King Suite
This suite was really nice. It was the corner suite so the room was slightly larger. The bed could have been a little less firm but otherwise the hotel was very quite and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast options were the best! we will put this hotel on our list for traveling in Portland.

Old & Dingy
The lobby of the hotel was great and looked nice and clean. We checked in and went to our room. When we walked into the room, an odor greated us at the door. We went in and opened the window and turned the AC on full blast. This did nothing other than circulate the odor which smelled of gym socks! So we called the front desk and they quickly gave us another room. The next room didn’t smell and was a tad cleaner. So this was going to have to work as I didn’t want to look for another hotel to stay in! At the price, I would have expected a much cleaner room. It appears that the rooms need to be renovated as I am not sure they can be cleaned more than what they are now! New carpet, trim, paint and a good ventilation system overhaul would fix the problems. It’s hotels like this that charge the same rates as renovated/new hotels do that upsets me on vacation.
Make sure to check a room before paying the clerk for check in!!
