No more visits to this hotel
he only way to get a family of four into one of their rooms was with a sofa bed. There was literally no space left to walk through the room when the sofa bed was opened. The sofa bed itself was completely unacceptable -- hopelessly uncomfortable and unbelievably squeaky. We finally gave up and disassembled it around 1am and moved our kids onto the floor for the rest of the night. Because of all that nighttime trouble, we got up later than usual and arrived at breakfast ten minutes before the 10am closing time. By 10:10am the restaurant staff was whisking away every last bit of the buffet (including the tea and espresso) and was literally trying to take our not-yet-empty plates out from under us. We won’t be going back.

Nice hotel
We only stayed one night, had two rooms for a family of five. The rooms were spacious and nice. Bathrooms were very modern and clean. Updated look in rooms and lobby. Staff extremely helpful and spoke good English. Only complaint is we asked for nonsmoking room and had heavy smell of smoke in our room. Not the best part of town but just two or three blocks from the train station. Buses and tram pick up just outside hotel and take you into the city.
