Loved it!
I would definetly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms/bathrooms were very clean, the hotel was at a great location, with bunch of restaurants and shops close by. My only regret that it was a short stay.

An excellent business and leisure hotel
This is a brand new hotel in service just for a couple of months. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located in a shopping area so guests have access to restaurants and shops. The hotel is only five minutes away from the airport. The room rate is reasonable. Hyatt is my type of hotel with contemporary feel in its design. Hyatt Place in Richmond retains that stylish look.

Impressed but watch out!
Nearly flawless stay. Someone tried to barge into my room late one night. If not for that "last resort" door stopper, whoever it was would have gained entry as I lay there sleeping. I heard the ’beep’ of the lock being disengaged and then the door slammed against the stopper, indicating to me that whoever it was knew how to open the door quickly - not a guest! I notified the Front Desk and they apologized but that was it.
