friendly and competent staff
What impressed me most was the quick and competent response to "I can’t get channel 4 on the TV". There was no questioning me but a "our maintainance will be right up". As it turned out it was a loose connector. The front desk manager was professional and friendly and kept a very neat and clean breakfast bar and breakfast room. He was helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants. I definitely will stay there next time in Des Moines.
