Never going back
Many Best Western hotels are great. This one imparticular was older and needs updating. The rooms were musty and mildew ridden. If you stepped on the carpet your feet got wet. Our room was next to the road and you could here everything outside clearly even with the AC running. Their was no weather stripping on the door or window. Bugs could enter too. That evening while using the restroom, I encountered a huge cockroach.

Very pleasant stay
Our stay was nice: the air conditioning was great, free wi-fi, TV, mini-fridge and microwave, the decor was even pretty. The breakfast was delicious, and they restocked the food during the breakfast service. They served hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, juice, and bicuits and gravy! They also have an indoor pool, but we didn’t get to use it. It’s within walking distance of the Branson waterfront. The only issues I had were: the layout of the hotel was a little awkward, the door in our bathroom stuck (alerted the front desk about this when we checked out), and the fridge made a clicking noise, so we unplugged it when we slept.
