Nice experience
This was our first time in this hotel and we really enjoyed it, it was close to almost everything. We loved the cookies. We went with our three kids and everybody slept perfect, the room was big and spacious. Having a small fridge and a sink makes it perfect for having fast breakfast. The only thing that we didn´t like was the lack of cleaning service for our room, each day we had to call to front desk to have it cleaned again and they NEVER did it correct. I read this info from other users and I think the hotel should make an extra effort. I would gladly come back again to same location.

Disney World trip, October 2009
Our family of four stayed here and it was pretty nice. The kids are 3 and 5, so with their bedtime being earlier than ours it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The room we had was separated by a set of folding doors, so it isnt all that sound-proof, but it was fine for us. The swimming pool is nice enough. They have a kiddie pool which is small but its shallow. The location is okay. Its at the far end of Downtown Disney. Access to a number of other restaurants nearby (examples are McDonalds, Pizzeria Uno, Waffle House). That said, you pretty much do need a rental car. Parking was eight bucks a day plus tax. Its a nice hotel - not luxurious, but certainly very clean and comfortable. For families needing a suite, it is nice.
Traveler's tip on dining
The hotel provides a "priority seating" coupon thing for Rainforest Cafe which is supposed to get you seated there within 15 minutes. If its busy, dont expect that to help. We waited for 40 minutes. Either go early (5 pm) or go late (8 pm) if you want to get seated within a reasonable amount of time.

great value for the money
would definitely stay here again. for the location, it was worth it. you get a suite with a bedroom for the price of a regular Disney hotel room. its on Disneys property. great distance from downtown Disney. free parking there, so we just drove there everyday. decent shuttle service to parks. arrives every half hour, give or take a couple of minutes. convenient enough. nice that they gave you a cookie at check-in. it was good. be prepared to pay for $8 per day of parking. factored in with the price per night, it was still cheaper than most hotels of this scale. didnt like that you had to pay for internet access in your room, but if you really need it, be prepared for the $9 charge for that. nice and convenient Disney shop on site for souvenirs (that are also mostly available in downtown Disney and the parks). also sold Disney park tickets, which saved us loads of time waiting in the ticket booth line, so buy at the hotel if you dont have them ahead of time. i plan on going back to Disney and i am absolutely staying here again. for the price and room space, you cant beat it.
Traveler's tip on dining
only ate in the hotels dining room one morning. double check with dining staff, but we were allowed to purchase breakfast items a la carte. so we only paid for muffins, as opposed to a full breakfast that we didnt really care for. if you are looking to save money, by all means drive off Disney property and find much cheaper eating places. i cant say that any of the food in Disney was worth the inflated price.
