Access in Mansfield, OH
We hadn’t been warned about the construction happening to the whole front of the building, closing off the easy access, so had to use back entrance of half a dozen or so full-sized steps. However, management quickly provided a service entrance for my 92-year-old mom to enter, directly by the elevators, as well as upgrading room when asked for non-smoking vs. the smoking that had been automatically booked. So, great service, overcoming obstacles beyond their control!
Great little Greek diner just around the corner from the Holiday Inn -- good food, low prices.

Very nice Hotel & very friendly folks, that work there
The Hotel was very clean & Tidy. I would recommend anyone going to Manfield,OH to stay there. The staff there where A+
