Splendid stay
Our room surpassed our expectation....absolutely gorgeous. We were in the main old hotel, 4th floor, with a view breathtaking view of the lake. Lovely breakfast included with delightful wait staff. Front desk was pleasant but not quite as eager as my experience with Asian hotels. Great location, easy walk to old town. Overall, a great experience.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Don’t miss the funiculaire (Funicolare) ride up to the top of Monte San Salvatore....spectacular views of the lake and the local lakeside local park east of old town.
