could have been better
I checked in on a snowy day to find the entrance was not plowed and the Hotel was under a reno- The make shift front desk was training a new clerk and the check in process was drawn out- I stayed there because of the weather and work- I returned that night to find the TV did not work and the front desk wasn’t concerned about it when I mentioned it at check out.
