I’ve stayed at this hotel several times (for the right price - sometimes it’s a little pricey) and have always gotten more value for my money. The staff is courteous and attentive; the rooms are clean, the hotel is clean, the elevators fast, the location is great (right next to the lake), there is always convenient taxis available, and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Whenever I fly in from the U.S. they have always made the effort to allow early check-ins when rooms are available with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travelers.
