Use only as an airport hotel and not destination
The Mocambo, Nadi was an adequate hotel to use for the night you arrive or for the night before you leave Fiji. This hotel was a good value. The service was excellent. Everyone from the free airport shuttle driver to the front desk staff and in the restaurant. They even called the ferry service in the morning to confirm my pickup at the hotel which was nice. The room is where I had an issue. The TV only had 1 channel that came in clearly - I would rather not have a TV if that is the case. The room smelled musty (from all the humidity), the bed was uncomfortable and it just didn’t feel clean to me (once again the humidity) I would stay at again on my way in or out of Fiji, but not make this my destination hotel.
