Not the best
I was lied to twice about the use of their van. They told me when I was 600 miles away over the phone it would be available up to 5:00pm & it wasn’t once I booked there. The following day I had booked for the van to take me to an important place I had to be, they blew me off because they had a van full of college people going to some hospital & couldn’t find my reservation. It was like I didn’t matter at all. They could have paid for the taxi for me because of it. I then booked & rechecked for the van to take me back to the airport on Fri. morning & when it came time to leave at 10:00am guess what? NO VAN! Seems someone broke down somewhere. They did this time pay for the taxi. It was a good thing they did pay as Taxi service is extremely high in Lubbock. If they can’t do it, then they shouldn’t lie & say they can. That is what I am angry about, being lied to. Not once, but twice. Some of the breakfast, like bagels & sweet rolls were stale. I give it 5 out of 10.
Stay at a hotel that is closer to everything & easy to get to. Ave 19 is right across from the TTU so that is a good area. The hotels are a little more expensive, but worth it. You need a driver if you plan to go out to any place, nothing is close by. If you want the local bus, you need to get a schedule off the net. Make sure you map out how far everything is from the hotel before you leave home.

Can’ wait to go back, told all friends about it
Excellent hotel, great location, good neighborhood and the service was out of this world. From the front desk to the maids to the breakfast lady, they all treated you like family. They always asked if you needed anything else or if anything was wrong. Will definately stay there anytime I return to the area.

outside lights...
I enjoyed this hotel with the exception of not being able to block the bright outside lights from leaking around the blinds.
