Sheraton Anaheim Hotel

I would use this Hotel again!

Very nice Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is right across the street from the Disney Property, about a 10 minute walk, However, the Hotel has a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up at the front gate every 30 minutes. That was excellent. The hotel, placed us in a room that had a view of Disney’s firework show every night and easy access to the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this Hotel.

Great Hotel to watch the Disney fireworks every nite. Location is great if you want to go to Disney...very clean and comfortable.

Everyone in the hotel was very nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was excellent.

Great weekend getaway

Decided to go to Disneyland at the last minute, traveling from Central Valley area. We arrived very late, due to storm conditions, to find our clean and comfortable rooms waiting for us. Quick check-in, and in bed before we new it. The location of the Sheraton, and the shuttle to Disneyland was a time saver, also. The staff was very freindly and any request that we made was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the Sheraton Anaheim to all those who wish to see Mickey and Minnie without any added hassels.

Reall Good.

If you are wanting a comfortable hotel, with excellent free shuttle service to Disneyland and nice, large, quiet rooms - then this is a great place to stay. There is a Disneyland desk at the hotel which is really handy, and all the staff are great. There is also FREE internet and computers, which was handy. The restaraunt is sort of average, but there are many options in the area to eat. Hotel seemed to be popular with Australians. Nice ones. I woudl def stay here again.

Fun Weekend Stay

My adult daughter and I had a girls’ weekend and wanted to go to Disneyland, so we stayed at the Sheraton Anaheim. Hotel check-in was easy; the room was a little far to walk, but once inside the room was clean, big, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. No real complaints. The hotel has a great shuttle. We drove and parked our car and never had to use it until we drove home. We even ordered room service and the food was hot and good. We ate outside of the hotel for most meals, so we can’t speak for the hotel food, bar or restaurant. I would definitely stay again when we return to Disneyland.

Relaxing

Staff was nice, hotel was clean and quiet. A microwave in the room would have topped it off nicely.

Comfortable beds

The first room we entered smelled moldy and stale so we asked for another room and were taken to another in much better state. The staff at the bistro were exceptional. Bistro prices were above that expected for the condition and age of this hotel although food was good. Room was clean and comfortable but lacked exhaust in bathroom making it steamy. Expected more for the price paid.

THIS HOTEL WAS IMMACULATE,CONVENIENT TO PARK, GREAT AND TIMELY SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE PARK. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE BUT A SHERATON. THE BEDS ALONE ARE WORTH IT, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PERK. FROM SAN FRANCISCO TO MAUI TO DISNEYLAND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSAPPOINTED. KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! PRICES ARE GREAT TOO. YOU DEFINATELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

IF YOU ARE QUICK, YOU CAN LEAVE THE PARK, GO TO YOUR ROOM, FRESHEN UP, CHANGE, AND MAKE THE NEXT SHUTTLE (30MIN) BACK TO CLOSE DOWN DISNEYLAND!!! BE SURE TO ASK THE FRONT DESK FOR DINERS THAT WILL DELIVER FOOD TO YOUR ROOM AFTER MIDNIGHT. SURE WAS A NICE PLUS!!

Pleasantly Surprised

I read numerous reviews in which this hotel was described as older and not exactly up to people’s standards but it’s saving grace was proximity to Disneyland. I found it yes to be a bit dated but we got the 2 bedroom Castle connector suite and it was a blast. The room was elegantly furnished, because the hotel was a bit older the rooms were very large. The staff was helpful and not overbearing, the Disneyland shuttle was prompt and efficient. All in all a great stay.

The only downside was that the food at the restaurant was a bit on the pricey side and the quality wasn’t that good for that kind of money. Lot’s of places to eat nearby or BYO.

Los Angeles trip

The resturant is very nice and the internet is wery well. The shop in the hotel is good for buying the important thing that you need it.

Very quiet and comfortable...got great sleep

This hotel did make a couple of missteps in that our first suite was still occupied and the replacement suite was next to the ice maker. But the 3rd try was wonderful. Bigger suite and very quiet and the beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable. The air conditioner kept the room perfectly comfortable day or night in some impressive heat. I don’t think I’ve ever slept better in a hotel room. The room looked nice, too. Great food in the morning at the buffet. The employees were very nice to kids. The shuttle to Disneyland worked like a charm.

Will go back again

We had a family of 4 in the room and were very comfortable with 2 queen size beds. The bathroom was a little small and it didn’t have a fan. Loved the shuttle service to Disneyland. It was nice and convenient to have the deli in the hotel (besides the restaurant) to get a quick bite to eat. I don’t understand why the hotel has to charge for parking - the other hotels don’t charge.

It got a little crowded in the shuttle coming back home when you’re there late at night and you end up fighting for the front door of the the shuttle, regardless of who got there first. Suggest leaving a little earlier (before 11pm) to avoid the crowd

Great Location, Lousy Beds

Location is great to Disneyland and the hotel staff is top-knotch. This was our 5th stay. Too bad the experience was marred for the second (and last) time by beds that have been kept far too long. Both Queen beds in our room noticeably sank in the middle, very reminiscent of the beds we recently discarded after years of use. Made it impossible for two to share a bed and not very comfortable for one. I weigh 115 lbs and my husband is 175 lbs and for our 11 year old son weighs 100 lbs, so we are not talking about extra large people here. Tried to move but no other rooms available. Tried to pay for a rollaway and it was just as bad.

Can’t beat the shuttle to Disney or the discount on Disney prices available if you purchase through the hotel.

Hotel Great Overall

The hotel was great overall except for the arcade room. Most of the games were broken and old.

Will definitely go back

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff and service were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the starbucks coffee in the room. The big bonus is the shuttle service. They were always on time and the drivers were so pleasant. The only down fall was the tub drain would not close to use the tub, however this was no big deal to us. I will definitely stay again.

Outstanding service, room attendants are exceptionally nice and helpful, the shuttle to Disneland is perfect with nice drivers, and the whole experince was great. Two years in a row with wonderful service.

Didn’t like it

The hallways had a funny smell and it was a maze just to get to our room. The directions posted were wrong leading us in a different direction. Our room had a "cat pee" smell. Our room had one nice advantage to it being that the pool was right outside our backdoor. The one positive thing is the hard working housekeeping crew who were also friendly greeting us everyday with genuine smiles.

Such a good choice!

LOVED IT! Really nice grounds, nice pool, nice lobby. Lots of little places in and around the lobby for guests to sit and relax, or work. Several computers w/ free internet access set up for guest use 24/7. Comfortable "homey" feeling even though it’s a realatively big Hotel. We loved the frequent to and from Disneyland shuttle, super convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast buffet too. I will absolutley stay here again when I come to visit Disneyland. I was a little nervous I’d be dissappointed having stayed in "Disney" hotels in the past, but not wanting to fork out that kind of $$ this time. But not the case, this was such a pleasent surprise, makes the idea of spending so much more money on other hotels seem almost silly:).
