perfect hotel for short and long staying guests
The hotel room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Nearby the hotel there were all necessary amenities: Car rental, conference center, restaurants, bars as well as flower and convenience stores. The service was very nice and you could always depend on them, no matter if it was concerning additional blanket in a late evening or organizing a car rental. I recommend this hotel to every business traveller to Toronto. Have nice trips and enjoy your stays!

Inconsistent service
The first woman I checked in with said no rooms were available b/c check in time was 3pm. I told her I would wait in the lobby so if any rooms became available, please let me know b/c I had somewhere I needed to be in a few hours. She did nothing for me. When a different person was at the front desk an hour later, I went up and asked again and he got a room on the spot. I guess the service depends on who you get.

Best hotel I’ve staid in
We have travelled for a month on USA/Canada, and staid at numerous hotels (Boston/Ottawa/Toronto/Montreal). All hotels were on the same price levels and were located just outside the city. This hotel was the best, from all perspectives: close to resturants, availability of parking (need to pay for it, though), and room size.
