not impressed
i got in Miami prety late and called the hotel for a schuttle due that they anounce it 24 hrs, no body answered the phone in my 3 calls, when i got there the receptionist was rude and only gave me my key with out asking anything, the room was dirty, the remote control for TV had no batteries, the airconditioning was terribly cold had had no way to regulate only by turming it off, breakfast is awfull as well

Enjoyable stay
Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were very clean overall hotel is us to its highest standard and I would strongly recommend it to my family and friends and whenever I am in Miami again I will make this hotel my choice of destination.

Shuttles were OK
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was supposed to run until 1:00 AM, but when I called at 11:00 PM from the airport, the front desk told me I would need to catch the 11:30 shuttle or else I’d need to take a cab because this was the last shuttle for the night. The room was fine and the free shuttle to the port was nice. Just wasn’t a good way to start the trip worrying about catching the last shuttle for the night.
