It was a place to sleep
The Hotel was very nice from the outside. The room was clean. But in the morning I did find a bug crawling on the table with the coffee mugs on it. So I left it for the cleaning crew. We only stayed the night and had to leave in the morning so we didn’t get to see much around us. We did have breakfast at the restaurant it was a slow day so it see to take a while to get our food and bill, but the food was very good. We had a nice stay.
The Roser Garden was a very nice place to see.

Very convenient
Only had one night between flights and this hotel was perfect. Very quite and comfortable. Would stay again.

Trying to compete
Seems this is an older hotel that is attempting to compete with the features of the newer hotels. Stayed in a room with two queen beds which made the room seem smaller. Hotel has two floors but does not have an elevetor to the second floor for those that may have trouble with stairs. Shower was for short people (under 5ft) - had to bend over to shampoo hair. Checked in around midnight and noticed some room service dishes set aside at top of staircase. Dishes were still there when I checked out the next morning. Convenience factor: minutes from PDX
