Convenient and comfortable
The hotel is cozy and a nice place to crash after walking all over the city. You are crazy if you plan to spend much time in the hotel anyway. Old Town Dusseldorf is a quick walk from the hotel with lots of pubs, yummy places to eat and LOTS of shopping.

Great Location
We stayed at this hotel for three wks total and was very comfortable there. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to the Old City,train station within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I guess our only complaint is that there is not enough lighting in the room to read. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would go back
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We were able to walk to the train station to take the trains to the different cities we wanted to visit and were able to walk to the Old City which is very charming and interesting overall I would recommend eating and drinking in the Old City

Caution needed in finding it, no matter if it is of Sheraton chain
Hotel reception gave me a map without pointing out where the hotel was located. In the keycard holder there was only the hotel name without address mentioned. This brought me into a situation where I was wondering around the closest metro station in the middle of the night and not beeing able to find my way back. I asked three taxi drivers to take me to the hotel but neither ot them knew where it was. You would ASSUME that a hotel with a Sheraton logo and name would be widely known. Be sure that you have the exact address with you when leaving the premises! Secondly, the corridors were very old and looked dirty. Generally, though, the rooms were pleasant and the breakfast was very good.
