Convenient and Comfortable
This is our 3rd year to stay at the Garden Court Hotel and Casino (now the Holiday Inn Express). We stay here our arrival and departure nights in Costa Rica. Only minutes from the airport with restaurants, casino and car rentals all within easy walking distance. They now serve a continental breakfast and have breakfast to go in bags for those needing to leave prior to regular breakfast hours. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They have been most accomodating in satisfying traveler needs.

Within a mile of airport. An excellent place to stay if you don’t need to go into San Jose.

Nice inexpensive accomodations
Nice hotel. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.
This hotel is right accross from the airport and not in walking distance of a lot of things. I would recomend either renting a car. (All of the rental agencies are in the adjoining parking lot.) Or planning daytrips. Many of the tours will pick you up from the hotel and drop you back.
