A relaxing surprise to the end of a long trip
I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury of the beds and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff, including the gentleman who picked us up quickly from the car rental place were very friendly, although it would have been nice for him to take our bags to our room. I was mistaken that they had a restaurant, but they gave us a menu of a place that would deliver, which was a God send since we just gave up our car and were exahusted. The shuttle was awaiting us at 4:30a.m. and they even had packed us a take away breakfast without requesting, and there was coffee and fruit and yogurt available even at that early hour. You can hear the planes taking off since we were so close to the airport, but they stopped before we went to bed. I would definetly recommend this hotel, especially with the low price to travelers in Charlote.

Exceptional Room
Room was large, well decorated, CLEAN. Crisp new sheets with comfortable comforter and a multitude of pillows. Large walk-in shower (water pressure a little low)... Room was quiet and smelled fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive staff, prompt airport shuttle service. Compared to most airport hotels I’ve stayed at, this place is a slice of heaven.
